Do-in and aging - Rejuvenation
Accumulation of fatigue in the body is the greatest enemy of health
and the principal cause of aging. From about the age of 20, this fatigue
- or stagnant Ki - begins to linger in the body.
It is possible to rid the body of fatigue by doing simple Do-in movements
everyday. Consistent practitioners (even those living in urban environments)
often look 20 years younger than their natural age (or more) and are
the kind of people who have a natural charisma that comes from the healthy
flow of Ki. In riding the inevitable ebbs and flows of life, they always
land "on their feet" and enjoy independence in old age not
having to rely heavily on family members or nursing homes for care.
